What if I need my ring to be resized?
Most rings can be resized but this is dependent on the ring style and setting of the gemstones. Generally, ladies’ rings are a size N and mens’ rings are a size R. If a ring needs to be resized, please visit us instore or contact us for a quote.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we offer an instore engraving service. Please visit us instore or contact us for a quote.
Do you offer layby?
Yes, we are happy to offer a layby payment plan instore. Our normal layby terms require a 25% initial deposit, and regular payments of the balance within 3 months of the
original transaction date. See instore for further details.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we are experts in both jewellery and watches repairs. Please present your item/s to
any of our friendly team in-store and we will be able to provide you with an estimate for the repair.
Do you have a physical store location?
Yes, we have relocated to a newly renovated store at 4 Cook st, Atherton QLD.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, except for sale items, special orders, and pieces of jewelry hand-made to customer specification, you can return or exchange goods within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us in writing. The returned goods must be in as-new condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, and all relevant paperwork. Return postage or delivery costs are your responsibility. Returns are subject to inspection before processing a refund. If the return is due to an error or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
What are your delivery options within Australia?
We exclusively deliver orders within Australia via Australia Post or courier service. We aim to dispatch goods within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. If we encounter any delays, we'll promptly notify you. Please note that we won't be liable for any losses or damages caused by delivery delays.

What does carat mean?
Carat is the unit of weight for a diamond. Diamonds can range in weight from a fraction of a carat to several carats. One carat equals 0.2 metric grams. A carat can be further divided into points. 1 carat equals 100 points. Therefore, a half carat
equals 50 points and a 25 pointer is a quarter carat. When considering diamonds of equal quality, the larger stone will have more value.
What does it mean when a pearl is ‘cultured’ and‘freshwater’?
Cultured pearls are humanity’s work at duplicating what nature first started. A ‘seed’ or ‘nucleus’ (typically a round bead made of mother of pearl) is inserted into
the oyster and the oyster is returned to the sea. The oyster will coat this
‘seed’ with nacre to create a cultured pearl. Freshwater pearls are also cultured. Multiple tissue seeds are inserted into a freshwater mussel. The mussel coats these seeds with nacre to produce cultured freshwater pearls.
What does TDW mean?
Total diamond weight of all of the diamonds set into the applicable product.

A chronograph is a type of timepiece which combines a stopwatch and a regular watch.
